Annual MultiClub DPI Battle 2017

Monday 20th Nov 2017 - from 7.00 pm for 7.45 pm Start

Venue - The Beversbrook Community Centre, Beversbrook Road, Calne, SN11 9FL Large free parking area adjacent to premises
Local Clubs Invited - Calne, Corsham, Bath, Devizes, Frome Wessex, Highworth, Lacock, Nonpareil, Trowbridge, Swindon, Stratton, Royal Wootton Bassett and Warminster.
Battle Judge - Ralph Snook ARPS DPAGB EFIAP - Ralph is a member of North West Bristol Camera Club. He is a very experienced Judge and an executive member of both the WCPF and the RPS Nature Group
Entry Fee per Club - £15, Cheques payable to Calne Camera Club
Admission Cost - Only £3 Per Person at the Door
Subject - Open - Eight Images per Club
Note Limit of no more than two images from any one photographer Members may only enter their images on behalf of one Club
Maximum Image Score - 20 points
Two Trophies to be Awarded
- The Club with highest score will receive the Battle Shield for one year. The Photographer of Best Image as selected by the Judge will win a trophy to retain. If a tie, the Club with the Author of Best DPI will receive the Shield. If the Best DPI winner does not belong to any winning club, the Shield will be shared
Licenced Bar - available throughout the evening for tea, coffee, alcoholic and soft drinks
Deadline for Entries - by e-mail, dropbox or CD by Friday 3rd November 2017 Raffle - Will be drawn at the end of the event
File Format - Images must have a landscape dimension no more than 1400 wide x 1050 high and portrait images should be no larger than 1050 pixels high. Files must be saved as JPEG
